Mass customization based on Internet is a trend in the future. Under this production mode, the enterprises have to improve the structure and organization, and the design and the manufacturing modes to adapt this kind of mode. The traditional PDMS differs from Product Information Management System of the mass customization based on Internet in the function and systematic frame, which has much powerful collaboration function and sustain different architecture platforms and has much more functional modules. The key technologies are distributed software component technology, data accessing and transferring mechanisms and controlling strategies of the quantities of the products, components and parts. At last the system solution of the PIM architecture on the condition of mass customization based on Internet is proposed.\;
