摘要
对南京钢铁集团有限公司炼钢厂新设计的高供氧强度氧枪喷头进行了理论分析 ,并在 2 0 t转炉上进行了工业试验。试验结果表明 :转炉采用高供氧强度吹炼 ,能够有效地缩短供氧时间 ,提高熔池中钢水的脱磷、脱硫效果 ;高供氧强度不仅适用于铁水条件较好的转炉 ,同样适用于铁水中磷含量。
The lance nozzle for high supplying oxygen intensity was analysed and industrial experiment in 20 t’s converter was done. The results of experiment indicated that the time of supplying oxygen can be shorten efficaciously, the effect of dephosphorization and desulphurization can also be increased when blowing with high oxygen intensity in converter. Not only can it be used in the converter with good molten iron, but also can be used in one with high phosphor and sulphur contents in iron.
