θ预测思想在SM41C钢蠕变寿命预测中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 本文研究了 SM41C钢蠕变变形的特点 ,并通过修正的 θ预测思想成功地描述了该钢的恒载荷蠕变曲线 ,而 Evans R W的 θ预测思想只能用于恒应力蠕变。结果表明 :这种修正的 θ预测思想可以很好地预测 The creep features for SM41C steel were examined. A modified θ Projection Concept was applied successfully to the steel to predict long term constant load creep curves for SM41C steel. Whereas the θ projection concept presented by Evans R W can not be applied otherwise than predicting long term constant stress curves. The result shows that the concept is successful in predicting the constant load creep curves for SM41C steel up to rupture.
