反向凝固平整轧制过程的高温力学模拟

摘要 :通过高温力学模拟实验 ,得出了反向凝固平整轧制过程中温度、应变和应变速率对变形抗力的影响规律 ,确立了其应力 -应变模型 ,并对该模型进行了检验。结果表明 。 The effects of temperature, strain and strain rate on the stress strain curves during level off rolling of inversion casting were obtained by high temperature mechanical simulation. The stress strain model was established and verified as well. The results showed that this model fits in well with the level off rolling of the inversion casting.
