摘要
针对挖掘机工作装置的结构特点 ,建立了其系统 3维有限元模型 ,通过分析得出了系统的固有频率和振型 ,以及结构动态响应各时刻的变形和应力分布规律。比较了工作装置在开挖难度较小和较大 2种情况下 。
In accordance with the structural characters of working equipment of backhoe single bucket hydraulic excavator,its three-dimension finite element model is established.By means of the finite-element dynamic analysis,natural frequencies and oscillation modes of the whole system, and the varied pattern of stress and displacement of structural dynamic responding at any moment are obtained. In addition,the effects of excavating force the dynamic responding are compared under the easier and harder conditions of the equipment system beginning excavation in this paper.
