摘要
将系统集成原理应用于级进冲模并行 CAD中 ,分析了级进冲模设计过程中的信息流 ,把信息归纳为模具方案设计信息集合、模具结构设计信息集合和模具零件设计信息集合。由此导出了级进冲模并行设计的功能模型 ,开发出级进冲模并行 CAD系统实施框架 ,该系统可以实现级进冲模排样、模具主要结构以及主要零部件的并行设计。
Concurrent CAD application system of progressive die is studied in this paper.By means of system integrated principle,information flow of progressive die design was analyzed at first.The information of progressive die design is classified as the three information groups,which were information group of progressive die scheme design,information group of progressive die structure design and information group of progressive die parts design.According to this theory,the function model of progressive die concurrent design was obtained,and the application framework of progressive die concurrent CAD system was developed.This framework can realize the concurrent execution of progressive die layout design,the main structure design and main parts design,which is progressive die concurrent design.The problem of repeat design in progressive die sequence design is solved.The research method and executive framework can not only be applied to concurrent design of the mold and the die,but also be used as a reference for concurrent engineering of mechanical industry.
