摘要
大功率激光焊接过程中 ,光致等离子体的粒子密度及温度对入射激光能量的传输效率及焊缝的熔深都有很大影响。采用光谱诊断、分析方法 ,利用谱线相对强度法对激光光致等离子体的温度及电子密度进行了测量与计算 。
During high power laser welding, the amount of energy reaching the workpiece and the weld penetration as well as the geometry of the welds are strongly affected by the laser induced plasma. Light emissions during welding were recorded by spectro meter. Based on the spectroscopic data collected, the electron density and temperature of plasma were calculated by means of relative intensity method. Some relationships between weld penetrations and electron density are presented.
