摘要 水液压技术是用过滤后的淡水或海水代替矿物油作为液压系统工作介质的一门新技术 ,具有节约能源、不燃烧、无污染等优点 ,可广泛应用于冶金、采矿、食品机械、海洋开发等领域。介绍了水液压技术研究中存在的腐蚀、磨损、气蚀、密封与润滑等难点 ,综述了该领域的国内外研究进展。 Water hydraulics is a new research do main using filtered natural water or sea water as working medium in hydraulic systems instead of mineral oil.It has advantages of saving energy,fire resistance and no pollution.It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining,food machinery and ocean exploration.The key problems such as corrosion,wear,cavitation,seal and lubrication in water hydraulics are introduced in this paper.The research achievements,industrial application and developing trends are summarized as well.
