摘要 叙述了传统高炉大料车钢绳更换工艺存在的问题 ,提出了利用特制卷扬来代替机车牵引的方法 ,并对特制卷扬关键参数进行选型 ,使用该特制卷扬更换高炉大料车钢绳不仅快捷、方便、灵活、安全 ,而且避免了占用繁忙的铁路线 。 The present paper indicates the problems in the traditional technology of replacing the steel rope of the heavy charging carriage for the blast furnace and advances a new method in which a specially manufactured hoisting unit is used to replace the steel rope of the carriage in place of locomotive towing and determines the critical parameters for the special hoisting unit and checks the strength for the unit as well. It's proved that replacement of the steel rope of the heavy BF charging carriage using the special hoisting unit is not only quicker, safer, more convenient and flexible, but also occupies much less the busy railway line and thus ensures the normal operation of the other blast furnaces.
