摘要
介绍了对原位合成TiC增强铁基复合材料温度场的测试。通过对所测试的温度场进行分析 ,结果表明 :采用原位法制备TiC增强铁基复合材料时 ,TiC的生成是金属熔液温度下降所释放热和凝固的结晶潜热共同作用的结果。
The distribution of the temperature fields, which were tested when iron-based composites reinforced by in situ TiC were produced, were provided. By analysis of the tested temperature fields, it can be said that the reaction of Ti+C = TiC occurs due to heat quantity released by liquid metal and crystallization heat, when an iron-based composite reinforced by in situ TiC is produced.
