摘要
针对目前活齿传动研究多集中于结构和加工等方面的研究现状 ,本文采用故障树分析的方法 ,研究了滚柱活齿传动的可靠性问题。根据建立的故障树中各事件之间的逻辑关系以及布尔代数的运算法则 ,推导出滚柱活齿传动系统输出轴不旋转顶事件概率值的计算公式 。
Current research on oscillating tooth gear drive mainly focuses on its structure and machining methods. In this paper, the reliability of roller oscillating tooth gear drive is studied by fault tree analysis. On the basis of the logical relations between events in the fault tree and Boolean algebraic operations, the formula is derived which calculates the probability value of the top event when the output shaft cannot rotate. An example is given to demonstrate the application of this method to a real roller oscillating tooth gear drive system.
