摘要
指出尾矿库的排洪系统能否安全封堵直接影响到尾矿库的安危。利用水力反滤原理 ,采用“柔性封堵”方法 ,既安全可靠、经济合理 ,又实施简便 ,优于传统的“刚性封堵”方法。并以实例说明了“柔性封堵”的具体实施工艺。
It is pointed out that safe sealing for the flood drainage system of the tailing dam has a direct influence on the safety of the tailing dam.According to the principal of hydraulic filter,a way of 'flexible sealing'is adopted,which has advantages of safety and reliability,economy and reason but also simple operation over the conventional way of 'rigid sealing'.
