芪栀消炎颗粒的镇痛作用

The analgesic effect of qizhi xiaoyan keli

目的 研究芪栀消炎颗粒的镇痛作用。方法 芪栀消炎颗粒 (16、8、4 g·kg-1·d-1,7d)ig ,采用小鼠扭体法、小鼠福尔马林实验、小鼠热水缩尾法及小鼠热板法。结果 芪栀消炎颗粒可明显抑制小鼠扭体反应 ,抑制小鼠福尔马林实验Ⅱ相反应 ,可延长小鼠热水缩尾时间和热板舔足反应潜伏期 ,且呈一定的量效关系。结论 芪栀消炎颗粒具有明显的镇痛作用 。

Objective To study the analgesic effect of qizhi xiaoyan keli (QZXYKL). Methods The analgesic effects were studied by body wrestling, tail immersion test, formalin and hot plate tests in mice. Results QZXYKL helped in significantly decreasing the frequency of wrestlings and time (Ⅱ) in formalin test, and in delaying hot water stimulated tail curling and hot plate trigered foot licking in mice. Conclusion QZXYKL has analgesic effect.
