线粒体DNA与肿瘤发生的关系 被引量:3

摘要 人类线粒体DNA(mitochondrialDNA ,mtDNA)是个双链闭环分子 ,共有 16 5 6 9个碱基对 ,含有 37个基因 ,其中 13个基因是编码与细胞氧化磷酸化有关的蛋白多肽。在各种因素作用下mtDNA比核DNA更易产生结构和功能上的改变 ,并可导致多种疾病发生。近年来很多人类疾病的mtDNA突变位点已被确定 ,还有很多实验表明mtDNA参与了细胞癌变过程。本综述主要涉及各种因素引起的与肿瘤有关的mtDNA多种结构和功能改变 。
