DNA修复与人类疾病研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 DNA修复是一系列与恢复正常DNA序列结构和维持遗传信息相对稳定有关的细胞反应 ,细胞为了存活而容忍某种类型的DNA损伤或不正常的碱基序列也包括在该定义范围内。DNA修复基因在进化上高度保守[1] 且与许多疾病有关 ,但DNA修复缺陷相关的疾病非常复杂 ,对于DNA修复和这些疾病关系的研究 ,还没见系统的报道 。
