摘要
目的 :对落新妇的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法 :用萃取、色谱等技术进行分离得到 4个化合物 ,根据理化性质和用HR EIMS ,EIMS ,13 C NMR ,1H NMR ,DEPT ,1H 1H COSY ,HMQC ,HMBC谱鉴定其化学结构。结果 :4个化合物分别为 β 谷甾醇棕榈酸酯 (β sitosterolpalmitate ,I)、胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol,Ⅱ )、β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterol,Ⅲ )、岩白菜素 (Bergenin ,IV)。结论 :化合物I和Ⅱ为首次从落新妇中获得。
Objective: To isolate and determine the chemical constituents from Astilbe chinensis. Method: Four compounds were isolated and purified by extraction and column chromatography on silica gel. The chemical structures were determined on the basis of physical-chemical evidence and extensive spectral analysis( HR-EIMS,EIMS, 13C-NMR,1H-NMR,DEPT,1H-1H-COSY,HMQC and HMBC). Result: Their structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol palmitate I ,daucosterol Ⅱ β-sitosterol Ⅲ and Bergenin Ⅳ, respectively. Conclusion: Compound I and Ⅱ were isolated from A. chinensis for the first time.
