川滇腊树化学成分的研究

Studies on Chemical Constituents in the Leaf of Ligustrum delavayanum

目的 :对川滇腊树叶子的化学成分进行研究。方法 :溶剂提取 ,用色谱法分离 ,用MS ,IR ,UV ,NMR鉴定结构。结果与结论 :分离鉴定了 4个化合物 ,即 β 谷甾醇、齐墩果酸、2α 羟基乌索酸、阿克苷 ,均为首次从该植物中分离到。

Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the leaf of Ligustrum delavayanum Hariot. Method: The constituents were isolated with column chromatographies and the structures were identified by MS,IR,UV and NMR. Result: Four compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol, oleanic acid, 2α-hydroxyursolic acid, and acteoside. Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
