摘要
目的 探讨MR新技术在主动脉夹层 (AD)中的应用及其价值。资料与方法 6 2例AD均进行MRI自旋回波 (SE)序列、电影 (cine MRI)检查 ,其中 32例行二维磁共振造影 (2DMRA)检查 ;2 0例行三维动态增强磁共振造影(3DDCEMRA)检查 ,2 0例中有 12例用血管追踪扫描技术 (Bolustrack)。 2 3例行速度编码 (VEC)电影血流速度测定 ,6例行动态网格标记技术检查。结果 3DDCEMRA提高了内膜破口的显示率 ;Bolustrack扫描准确、可靠 ,图像质量更佳 ;VEC鉴别真、假腔有较大的价值 ;动态网格标记技术对壁内血肿的识别有优势。
Objective To evaluate new MRI techniques in the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Materials and Methods SE and cine MRI were performed in 62 patients with aortic dissection, of which additional 2D-MRA was done in 32 and 3D dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRA in 20 (of which bolus track technique was used in 12). Velocity encoded (VEC) cine flow estimation was made in 23 cases, while dynamic tissue-tagging sequence was adopted in 6 cases.Results 3D DCE MRA increased the displaying rate of intimal rupture. With bolus track technique, superior quality images were obtained. VEC was of much value in distinguishing real lumen from false lumen. Dynamic tissue-tagging sequence had advantage in demonstrating intramural hematoma. Conclusion New MRI techniques are very helpful for the diagnosis of aortic dissection.
