摘要
考虑到近红外波段测量的需要,我们将FB—1型可见光范围付里叶变换光谱仪扩展使用到近红外波段,并用此谱仪对磁光柘榴石YIG、BiCaVIG、Bi—YIG、GdBiIG等单晶在1.0~2.5μm范围的室温透射谱进行了测量。结果表明GdBiIG晶体在近红外波段具有最好的透射率。最后在改装后的近红外付里叶变换光谱仪上做了有机物结构分析和试样含水量分析并作了讨论。
The type FB-1 visible Fourier transform spectrometer was extended to near infrared range for the requirement of near infrared range measurement, the room temperature transmisson spectra of the magneto-optic garnet single crystals YIG, BiCaVIG, Bi-YIG and GdBiIG were measured by means of improved spectrometer in 1.0-2.5μ. range.It was found that GdBiIG single crystal has good transparency in near infrared range.
