摘要
滚动轴承零件各接触表面的波纹度是引起轴承振动的主要原因。本文分析了轴承滚动表面波纹度对轴承的激振特性,提出了一种直接由振动信号来分析滚动表面加工质量的检测方法。该方法利用时间序列分析技术,对滚动轴承振动信号进行建模和谱分析,找出引起轴承振动的表面因素。试验结果表明,本文提出的方法能正确地分析出表面波纹度的激振特性以及引起轴承振动的主要波纹度谐波分量。
The waviness of each contact surface of a ball bearing is the main reason which causes the ball bearing vibration. In this paper, the vibration characteri-stcs excited by the surface waviness of a ball bearing is analyzed and a method to detect the quality of contact surface is proposed! directly by analyzing the vibration signal.The vibration signal is modeled and analyzed by using the technique of time series analysis, and the main factors of the surface waviness which cause the ball bearing vibration are detected. According to the experimental results, the vibration characteristics excited by the surface waviness can be analyzed properly and the main harmonic components of the surface waviness can be detected by using the method proposed in this paper.
