摘要 本文对自适应干扰消除技术作了理论分析。在此基础上,根据心电信号的特点,提出了一个用于心脏微电位体表检测的自适应电网干扰消除系统。临床试验表明在良好的皮肤处理和电极安装后该系统可在不影响心脏微电位的前提下将电网干扰消除到1μV数量级。因此它完全可作为昂贵的浮地技术的一种替代而用于临床。 Based on a theoretical analysis of the adaptive noise cancelling technique and the characteristics of ECG signals, we proposed an adaptive power-line interference cancelling system composed of an adaptive noise canceller,an accurarate initial estimation algorithm and a time-sequenced technique.Clinical experiments showed that after careful skin preparation and electrode installation, power-line interference can be effectively eliminated to the order of luv without any harmful distortion of the weak cardiac micropotentials. Because of the superior performances of the cancelling system, it can be reliably applied to clinical situations as a substiute for the expensive system-floating technique.
