激光散斑屈光测试装置及其在夜近视机制研究中的应用

摘要 本文验证了人眼在微光下的夜近视现象,并测试了在不同微光条件下的夜近视值及效应,介绍了一种测量人眼屈光度的激光散斑实验装置,讨论了该装置的原理及其在夜近视研究中的应用。系统地探讨了夜近视的生理机制和效应,指出眼睛的暗焦休止状态是产生夜近视的主要原因。 The phenomenon of night myopia, where in the normal eye becomes relatively near-sighted at low brightness, was investigated in detail in the paper. A new laser-speckle refractometer applied to measure eye's refractive and accommodation state was introduced. The authors further studied the physiologic effect and mechanism of night myopia, and discussed the principle and the design of the refractometer. It was concluded that night myopia could be predominately explained on the basis of dark focus of accommodation of the human eye.
