摘要
本文研究CuZnAl合金在马氏体态的阻尼性能。结果表明,在马氏体态的内耗是一种M/M界面内耗,利用位错内耗理论的表达式可解释其变化规律。合金阻尼性能的衰减与激振过程中位错的引入有关,并在一定激振次数后趋向稳定值。在抑制贝氏体析出的情况下,单位体积的内耗值与试样尺寸无关。
The damping properties of martensite in CuZnAl alloys are studied. The results show, that the internal friction of martensite is a M/M interface internal friction, which can be expressed as a formula deducted from the theory of dislocations internal friction. The degradation of damping properties is related to the dislocation, which is introduced from the exciting processes. It tends to a stable velue, after the exciting time attain a given value. If the precipitation of bainite can be repressed, therefore the internal friction per unit volume is independent of the size of the specimen.
