摘要 本文提出一种显微图象形状参数的测量方法,它利用图象预处理、数学形态学及参数测量的算法。完成了显微图象的面积、面积百分比、周长、颗粒计数与分类、投影长度、平均截距、形状因子和晶粒度等参数的测量。本算法用于医学细胞测量和金相材料分析方面,收到了良好的效果。本方法也能用于高分子化工、地质等学科中对化工材料和地矿的分析。 A method on the measurement of shape parameters of binary microscopic images is pressented. Using the algorithms of edge detection, edge following, region fillig and mathematical morphology, it is accomplished to measure the parameters such as area, area percentage, perimeter, partical classification , mean intercept and projected length, etc. In order to improve the measuring accuracy, the preprocessing such as histogram equalization, median filter, local adaptive enhancement is done before measurement so that noise and the effect produced by nonuniform lighting can be reduced, and the quantization error is reduced by using the broken-line approximation, The method has been applied to analyze medical cell image and metallographic image, good results are obtained. This method can also be applied to high polymer chemical engineering and geololgy with little modification only.
