摘要
运用浊度法测定了肌苷—水、肌苷—乙醇—水(乙醇:水=2:98wt)体系的介稳当区宽度与溶解度数据,由简单低共熔的热力学关系式结合Wilson方程,关联并推算了肌苷—水体系的固液平衡关系,取得了良好结果。
Aturbidity method has been developed to determine the solubility and meta-stable zones of ino-sioe-water and inosine-othanol-water (ethanol : water=2: 98wt%) systems. Utilizing the ther-modynamic relations of simple eutectic systems, combined with Wilson eqn. , the solid-liquid equilibrium data were correlated and predicted for inosine-water system. The result was satisfactory.
