摘要
本文介绍一种基于体循环改进模型的脉动灌注装置,它由微机控制泵和双弹性腔模拟血管系统组成,可产生升支陡峭、降支段有明显重搏波的拟主动脉脉动流。本装置可应用于器官保存和心血管系统建模研究等领域。
A pulsatile perfusion apparatus based on modified systemic circulatory model has been developed. It consists of a pump which is controlled by microcomputer and a mock vascular system which is com-structed by two chambers. This apparatus could provide pulsatile flow whose pressure waveform is similar to aortic pressure waveform of human body with a sharp rise in ascending and a marked diarot-ic wave in descending part. This apparatas can be applied in organ preservation and cardiovascular modelling.
