摘要
本文研究了一氧化碳与乙醇在Pd/a—Al_2O_3催化剂上气相偶合制草酸二乙酯的动力学特性。从不同的反应机理假设出发,提出了七种不同的动力学模型。根据实验测得的一氧化碳转化率与空速(w/F)的关系,对提出的模型进行筛选和拟合,导得了动力学方程。
This paper described the kinetic characteristics of synthesizing diethyl oxalate by vapor phase catalytic reaction of carbon monoxide with an ester of nitritic acid on catalyst which is composed Pd/α - AL2O3. From the various assumptions of the reaction mechansim, seven kinetic models have been proposed. Using the experimental data of carbon monoxide conversion rate and space velocity these models were selected. Meanwhile, the kinetic equation of this reaction was deduced.
