摘要 本文测定了Boger流体在装有圆盘桨的双表面更新中的功耗,调查了操作参数:装桨个数,装料量等对功耗的影响,考察了弹性对搅拌功耗的影响,得到了广泛条件下的功率消耗关联式。 The paper reports the study on power consumption of Boger fluids in a surface-renewal apparatus with two axes equipped with disks, which is usually adopted in polyester and polystyrene manufacture processes. The experiments are carried out under a variety of conditions such as the effects of the number of disks equipped with, feed volume and viscoelasticity, etc. on power consumption. The pofrer consumption is determined by menas of a dynamic strain meter. The results show that the effect of the elasticity on the power is negligible when the Re number is low, but the power consumption of Boger fluids is gradually higher than that of viscous fluids with the increase of Re number. A correlation equation is obtained between the power consumption and operation conditions.
