摘要 目的研究儿童急性白血病bcl-2蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法运用免疫组化技术检测bcl-2蛋白在44例急性白血病患儿(包括29例初诊病例和15例CR病例)骨髓活检组织石蜡包埋切片中的表达,并与19例非白血病患儿的表达作对照。结果初诊组、缓解组和对照组bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为65.5%、26.7%、15.8%,初诊组bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率显著高于对照组和缓解组,缓解组和对照组差别无显著意义。在初诊病例中,bcl-2蛋白阴性表达组化疗缓解率明显高于阳性表达组。结论bcl-2蛋白过度表达在白血病发病中起重要作用,其在治疗前后表达水平的改变可协助疗效判断,初诊病例bcl-2蛋白表达水平可能作为白血病的预后指标。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of bcl-2protein in chi ldhood acute leukemi-a.Methods The expression of bcl-2protein was s tudied in 44cases of childhood acute leukemia(including 29newly diagnosed cases and 15CR cases)selected as test group and in 19cases without leukemia served as control g roup.Results The positive expression rates of bcl-2protein we re 65.5%?26.7%?15.8%in newly diagnosed group?CR group?control group respective-ly.The positive expression rate of bcl-2protein in newly diagnosed grou p was significantly higher than that in control group and CR group,but there was no apparent difference between CR group and control group.I n newly diagnosed patients,the remi ssion rate of chemical therapy in the bcl-2protein-negative group was obviously high er than that in the bcl-2protein-positive group.Conclusion bcl-2protein overexpression might play an important role in the leukemo genesis,the change of its expression level before and after treatment might help to judge t he effect of treatment ,and the expression level of bcl-2pro tein in newly diagnosed patients mig ht be used as a possible marker of prognosis.[
