经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症270例报告

Report on the treatment of benign pro static hyperplasia(BPH)by the use of TURP in 270cases

目的总结经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)270例的经验。方法采用Blandy氏分区电切法进行TURP及对高危和高龄患者进行部分TURP。结果手术时间平均为63分钟(20～120分钟),切除前列腺组织平均32克(12～80克)。术中术后输血者74例(27.4%)。术后最大尿流率(Qmax)平均14.9ml/s,平均一次排尿量(V)182.6ml。死亡1例,并发永久性尿失禁1例,未发生电切综合征。结论采用Blandy氏分区电切法行TURP是一种具有创伤小、术后恢复快、疗效确切等优点的方法。

Objective To summarize the experiences obtain ed from treating BPH by the use of TURP in 270cas-es.Methods Apply Blandy's dividing area to TURP,and employ part of TURP to highly dan gerous,aged patients.Results The average operation time was limited in 63minutes,and the average weig ht of the removed prostatic tissue wa s 32g.There were 74cases(27.4%)that need blood transfusion during o r after the operation.The average ma ximum uroflowmetry was 14.9ml /s and the average urinating volume each time was 182.6ml /s.There was one death case,one case that suffered from permanent urinary incontinence,but no cases sufferin g from TUR syndromes.Conclusion The application of Blandy's dividin g area to TURP was a good method with such merits as little lesion,rapid recovery and definite effect.[
