经直肠超声在前列腺疾病中的应用(附625例报告)

Application of Transrectal Ultrasound in Prostatic Disease (Report of 625 cases)

目的 探讨经直肠超声检查在前列腺疾病中的临床应用。方法 自 1997年 3月～ 1999年 5月对6 2 5例前列腺疾病患者进行经直肠超声检查。结果 对正常和病理前列腺声像图特征作了较详细的描述。统计了各年龄组前列腺结节、囊肿、结石的发生率及尿道口至精阜的长度。分析了声像图变化在前列腺疾病诊断和治疗中的应用意义。结论 经直肠超声对前列腺疾病诊断和治疗有重要的指导意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of transrectal ultrasound applied to diagnose the prostate disease. Methods From Mar.1997 to May 1999,625 patients with prostate diseases including 5 cases of normal prostate,were examined using transrectal ultransound technique.Results There were prostate cancer in 11 cases,15 cases of prostatitis,594 cases of prostate proliferation were detected out.The incidence of proliferation for prostate node,cyst,prostatic calculus were 48.6%,15.2% and 38.2% pespectively,the rates of detecting the prostate diseases were increased with rising age.The length of internal orifice of urethra to verumouthanum was increased with rising age too.Conclusions Transrectal ultrasound has some important roles to guide the diagnosis and treatment of prostatic disease.
