全美高校竞技体育联合会对招收和被招收人员在资格认可、代理权限、学历要求、接触范围以及接待规格方面都做了严格规定。从体育管理学的视角来审视 。

National Collegiate Athletic Association in the United States of America has published its regulation for recruiting student athletes.This regulation includes certificating the qualification of student athlete,limiting the power of attorney,requesting the basic academic requirement,controlling the extension of meeting area and having a standard of reception.From the sport management point of view,the institutional management for recruiting student athletes based on the regulation of National Collegiate Athletic Association in USA will be benefited for the reform of Chinese universities to make the policy for recruiting student athletes.
