乌龟(Chinemys reevesii Gray)几项生理指数季节性变化的研究

SEASONAL VARIATIONS OF PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF CHINEMYS REEVESⅡ GRAY

用常规方法在1988年初至1989年底对161只乌龟的肥满度、肝系数、脂肪系数和生殖腺系数进行了测定。结果表明,肥满度、肝系数、脂肪系数在10月份均达到全年最高水平(16.94±0.26;0.584±0.033;8.45±0.05),而在4月份水平最低(15.05±0.25;0.397±0.032;5.08±0.16)。雄性生殖腺系数10月份最高(0.45±0.03),4月份最低(0.26±0.11);雌性生殖腺系数4月份最高(3.67±0.84);7月份最低(0.33±0.09)。各项指标均表现不同程度的季节性变化。

A study on the seasonal variation in physiological indices of 161 turtles was made from. the begining of 1988 to the end of 1989. In Oct., relative fatness, liver coefficient and fat coefficient were higher than those in other months (16.94±0.26, 0.584±0.033, 8.45±0.05), while the lowest levels were obseaved in Apr. (15.05±0.25, 0.397±0.032, 5.08±0.16). Relative fatness and liver coefficient were increased very significantly from Apr. to Oct., but fat coefficient had no significient seasonal change. In addition gonad coefficient was the highest for the male (0.45±0.03) in Oct, but for the female (3.67±0.84) in Apr. The change of gonad coefficient was related to mating season and the season for laying eggs.
