摘要
论述了用酶催化法在常温、常压及充氮条件下,水解、酸解、醇解及酯化来富集与合成鱼油中长碳链ω-3PUAT及相关产物的4种方法,这些方法较之传统方法更安全更高效。
This paper introduced 4 methods of hydrolysis,acidities,alcoholisms and esterification concentrate and combine long chain ω-3PUAT and their related products with lipase-catalyzed reactions in ambient temperatures,normal pressure and nitrogen-protected environment,these methods are safer and more efficient than traditional methods.
