摘要
从分析河口在自然生态环境中的特殊地位和功用出发 ,论述了降低河口疏浚的负面影响和发挥积极作用的必要性 。
Based on the analysis of the special status and functions of estuary in natural ecological environment, the necessity of reducing unfavorable influences of estuary dredging and playing positive roles is expounded and a tentative plan on the ecological dredging in a broad sense is proposed.
