Demonstration on the Structural Adjustment Scheme of Suzhou River Navigation Functions

为配合苏洲河航运功能重新定位分段 ,确保航运功能结构方案顺利实施 ,在大量的调查研究的前提下 ,分析现状、总结影响 ,提出三大措施 ,即管理法规的制定与颁布、水上交通港航管理设施的完善和建设、配套工程的建设 。

For coordinating the re-orientation of the navigation functions of Suzhou River and guarantee the successful implementation of the structural adjustment of navigation functions, under the prerequisite of a large quantity of investigation and research, and through analysis of current situations and summarization of influences, 3 measures are put forward, i.e., drawing up and issuing of management regulations and laws, perfecting and constructing of port and waterway management facilities for water transportation, and constructing of subsidiary projects, so as to lay a basis for further deepening of comprehensive environmental regulation of Suzhou River.
