摘要
利用碳纤维布作为工作电极填充材料,研制了一种工作电极有效表面积大、传质快的填充型流动体系电化学检测器。通过实验,对电极性能进行了考察。结果表明,该检测器具有灵敏度高:比未填充碳纤维材料的管式电极提高一个数量级;线性范围宽:达三个数量级;分析结果重现性好:连续12次测定,相对标准偏差为1.2%;分析速度快:当载流流速为1.8ml/min,进样体积为120μl时,分析频率为120次/h以及受载流流速影响较小等特点。可望用作流动注射分析及液相色谱分析的检测器。
The design and characteristics of a flow-through electrochemical detector packed with carbon fibres are described. The multiple carbon fibre microelectrode array provides high analytical currents owing to the combination of the high surface area with high mass-transport rates. The detector shows higher sensitivity and less convective effects on the faradaic current than the typical electrochemical detectors.
