摘要
目的:用HPLC法测定血美安胶囊中丹皮酚和芍药甙的含量。方法:用75%乙醇提取样品,所得样品溶液同时用于丹皮酚和芍药甙的含量测定。色谱条件:C18色谱柱;丹皮酚测定所用流动相为水∶乙腈∶冰乙酸(60∶40∶3),检测波长为274nm;芍药甙测定所用流动相为甲醇∶水(30∶70),检测波长为230nm。结果:丹皮酚和芍药甙的线性范围分别为0.0344~0.1720g/L和0.0792~0.3960g/L,平均回收率分别为99.9%和99.6%。结论:本方法简便、快捷、重现性好,可用于血美安胶囊中这2种成分的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for detecting the contents of paeonol and paeoniflorin in the Xuemeian capsule by HPLC.Method:The samples were extracted with75%ethanol and sample solution was used for the determination of both paeonol and paeoniflorin.The water:acetonitrile:acetic(60:40:3)and methanol:water(30:70)mobile phases were performed by C 18 colomn for paeonol and paeoniflorin respectively and the wavelengths of detection were set at274nm and230nm for for paeonol and paeoniflorin respectively by HPLC.Results:The calibrations were linear in the range of0.0344~0.1720g /L for paeonol and paeoniflorin respectively.The average rates of recovery were99.9%and99.6%for paeonol and paeoniflorin respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick and reproducible and could be used for the determination of the two constituents in Xuemeian capsule.
