法医尸体检验103例死因分析

ANALYSIS OF DEATH CAUSES FROM 113 CASES OF AUTOPSY BY JUDICIAL EVALUATION

目的:探讨死因分析中损伤与疾病的相互关系。方法:对103例死因不明的尸体进行系统解剖与组织病理学检验,部分作法医毒物分析。结果:103例中病理性死亡79例,其中心血管系统疾病最多,其次为呼吸系统与神经系统疾病;机械性外力导致死亡24例,其中颅脑损伤8例。结论:准确的死因分析有利于提高临床的诊疗水平,有利于行政执法部门调解处理民事、刑事案件。

Objective:To explore the relationship between the injuries and the diseases by analysis of death cause.Method:All103corpses of unknown cause death were performed by sys-temic anatomy and histopathological examinations,and some corpses by judicial poisoning analysis.Results:79cases were belong to pathological death in the113cases.The first death cause was the diseases of cardiovascular system,the second the diseases of respiratory and nervous system and the third mechanical violent including8cases of brain injury.Conclusion:The analysis of real death cause is helpful to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment to deal with civil and criminal cases.
