Research Progress on the Relationship between Digestive Diseases of Child and the Infection of Helicine Sprillum of Pylorus

小儿慢性胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、再发性腹痛、功能性消化不良与幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染密切相关。大部分成人HP感染患者其HP主要是在儿童期获得 ,笔者将国内外小儿消化性疾病与HP感染、HP诊断与治疗进展综述如下。

The chroic gastritis,gastroduodenal ulcer,recurrent abdominal pain and dyspepsia have the definitive relation to the infection of helicine sprillum of pylorus.The most parts of adult carriers of helicine sprillum were infected in their child periods.This article reviews the relationship between digestive diseases of child and the infection of helicine sprillum as well as the diagnosis and the treatment of helicine sprillum of pylorus.
