摘要
环境权正在从应有权利走向实在权利。本文分析了环境权的法理基础存在的原因 ,指出环境权法理基础就是生存、自由、平等、可持续发展。
Enviornmental Rights are tending from the natural rights toward existing rights .The paper analyzes the Jurisprudence foundation of Enviornmental Rights. It points out Enviornmental Rights are the right of Survive , the right of Equality , the right of Liberty , the right of Sustainable development, the right of common survive.
