当前我国民营企业的发展遇到了新旧管理体制的矛盾和冲突 ,解决这一冲突的根本出路在于实现以产权制度为核心的家族式管理体制向现代管理体制的转变。

At present, the non-national enterprises in China are experiencing contradictions and conflicts while confronting both the traditional and modern business management systems. To solve the problems, the effective way is to transform the management system from the family business management originating from the property right system to the modern business management system.
