试析制约中国近代职业教育发展的主要因素

摘要 中国近代职业教育没有得到充分发展 ,究其制约因素 ,从职业教育本身看 ,中国近代的职业教育理论存在严重缺陷 ,职业教育的地位和作用被不恰当地抬高 ,发展职业教育与发展社会经济的关系没有理顺 ,职业教育的办学体制极不健全 ;从社会背景和发展环境看 ,中国近代社会经济的发展没有对发展职业教育提出迫切的需求 ,中国近代更没有为职业教育的发展提供必要的社会环境和条件。只有彻底改变中国近代的社会 ,才能迎来职业教育的大发展。 The following factors restrained the full development of China's vocational education development before 1949: as far as vocational education itself is concerned, the defective vocational education theory, the overestimation of its role and function, and the inharmonious relationship between the vocational education and social economic development, and the unsound school-running system are obstacles to its development; as far as social background and development environment are concerned, there was no urgent demand for its development, and there was no necessary social environment and condition either. Only through social reform can vocational education greatly develop.
