摘要
高校学报质量评价包括论文质量与编排规范两方面 ,参照有关文件进行规范化编排 ,这是学报质量的硬件建设 ,提高学术论文质量则是软件建设。本文结合近来新公布的两个规范性文件 ,论述提高高校文科学报质量的关键所在。
The quality evaluation of university journals consists of the quality of the essays and the standardization of layout. The standardized layout of university journals in accordance with the relevant documents is the hardware construction, while the improvement in the quality of the essays is the software construction. With the reference to the lately issued two documents of the norm, the paper discusses the essence of improving the quality of university journals.
