20世纪 90年代后期 ,为适应生产建设的发展 ,韶钢推行了“精简机构、压缩人员、降低成本”等一系列生产经营措施 。
In order to adapt the production and construction to the economic development,the management strategy of 'simplifying administrative organs,reducing staffs and production costs' is carried out in shaoguan Iron & Steel Group Company in later 1990s.This paper introduces the experiences both in optimizing safety management structures and improving all the work of safety management.
