摘要 本文针对目前燃气计费管理系统中普遍存在的控制不稳定、可扩展性差、造价过高、功能不全面以及设计不规范等问题 ,采用远程通讯控制、弹片机控制以及上、下位机通讯的方式实现时时控制执行机构的方法 ,按照国家金卡工程的设计规范 ,设计出高效率、功能强大、可自主二次开发、并且具有较高的性能价格比的网络计费管理系统。该系统可直接纳入金卡工程管理系统 。 Nowadays,some gas-charging-managing systems usually have several problems which are not steady in control,bad expansibility,high costing,missing function and designing without standardization.This article aims at these problems and use special method to control mechanical device which is long-distance communication control,micro-controller control and communicating in two-level system control in spots,and also on the base of Country IC Card Project Designing Standardization,then design one gas-charging-managing-network system.The system have some advantages such as high-efficiency,strong functions,good expansibility and higher performance with low cost.It also can be developed by the designers once again and can not destroy its intrinsic system characters.This system can merge into Country IC Card Project,and also provide a good way to solve the problem with realize gas-network-managing in our country.
