摘要
本文用辣根过氧化物酶(四甲基联苯胺显色)法和~3H-2-脱氧葡萄糖放射自显影研究了支配大鼠上、下颌第一磨牙的感觉神经元在三叉神经节中的分布形式。结果表明,支配上、下颌第一磨牙的神经元在三叉神经节内的分布存在着明显的交错与重叠。这种分布形式为三叉神经节细胞具有整合不同牙齿感觉的功能提供了可能性。辣根过氧化物酶实验的结果还表明,大鼠磨牙不具有跨中线神经支配。
Using HRP and ~3H-2-deoxyglucose autoradiography, the location of rat trigeminal ganglion cells innervating upper and lower first molars was studied The results showed there were obviously overla- pping and intermingling among these cells. The results suggest that the trigeminal ganglion cells maybe have the function to 'integrate' sensory information from different teeth. In addition we also found there was no transmedian innervation in rat molars by HRP.
