Cause analysis and countermeasures of high combustible matter in the fly ash of 670t/h boilers in Zhangze Coal-fired Power Plant

针对漳泽发电厂670t/h锅炉飞灰可燃物偏高问题进行详细分析,并提出相应的改进措施。通过对燃烧设备治理、优化运行调整、降低煤粉细度,使飞灰可燃物由原来的9.10%降低到5.32%左右,机组运行经济性显著提高。

the problem of rather high combustible matter in the fly ash of670t/h boilers in zhangze power plant was analyzed,and the appropriate improvement measures were put forward.Through improving and debugging the firing system,optimizing the opera-tion adjustment and reducing the fineness of pulverized coal,the combustible matter in the fly ash was reduced to about 5.32%from the original9.10%,with the operation economics of boilers remarkably improved.
