摘要
基于流动注射分析技术和硅钼蓝反应原理,开发成功一种快速准确测定电厂炉水和给水中痕量硅的自动分析方法。实验中对影响灵敏度的各种因素如波长、温度、泵速、反应管长、酸度、体积质量、进样量、还原剂的种类等进行优选。本方法具有良好的重现性,分析速度为50~70样/h,测定范围在0.5~2.0mg/L和5~100μg/L2个体积质量范围内,结果都很好,可满足电厂日常分析微量硅的需要。
Based on the flow-injection spectrophotometry and the reaction principle of molybdenum blue,a new automatic analysis method for the rapid determination of ppb-level silicate was developed.Besides,the optimizations of various factors affecting the sen-sitivity,such as wave-length,temperature,pump speed(flow rate),length of reaction coils,acidity and concentration of reagents used,sampling volume and types of reducing reagent etc.,were conducted.On the basis of optimization results,the silicate in boiler water and feedwater in power plants was successfully determined.The analysis speed of the method was50-60samples /h,its determination range was5~100μg /L and0.5~2.0mg /L.
