摘要
论述电厂锅炉排烟温度自动控制系统原理、节煤效益计算方法及计算结果。黄台电厂6号机组采用电厂锅炉排烟温度程控装置控制锅炉排烟温度、进风温度和冷端壁温后,达到了锅炉运行冷端壁温与要求控制冷端壁温之差在±1℃的预期目标。
This paper expounds the automatic control system principle of flue gas temperature of utility boiler,calculation method and results of coal-saving benefit,and introduces the application of“sequential control device of flue gas temperature of utility boiler”to control the flue gas temperature,inlet air temperature and cold end wall temperature of boiler in No.6boiler of Huangtai Power Plant ,with the expected target of the difference between the operation and the controlled cold end wall temperatures being±1℃achieved.
